HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Providence, RI)

Fernwood Beacon Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Providence. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 278 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
