HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Providence, RI)

Summit North Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Providence, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Providence. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
