HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Quill Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 975 people based in Providence. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
