HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Providence, RI)

Redstone Orchard Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 528 people based in Providence. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
