HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Field Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Providence. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
