HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Maple Staffing places workers with employers around Providence, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
