HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Portland, OR)

Nova Umber Inspection Services Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
