HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Portland, OR)

Redstone Lakeside Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Portland. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
