HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Portland, OR)

Bright Linden Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Portland. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 282 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
