HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Cedar Oak Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
