HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Silverline Linden Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
