HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Portland, OR)

Ironwood Field Financial is a financial-services company in Portland, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
