HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Keystone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Portland, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We reward reliability. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
