HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Portland, OR)

Nova Drift Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Portland, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
