HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Pittsburgh, PA)

Clearpath North Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Pittsburgh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 809 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
