HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath North Insurance Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
