HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Pittsburgh, PA)

Highbridge Yarrow Farms is an agricultural business based around Pittsburgh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
