HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Pike Community Partners runs community programmes across Pittsburgh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
