Greenridge Pine Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
