HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Pittsburgh, PA)

Northwind Yarrow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Pittsburgh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
