HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bluepeak Juniper Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Pittsburgh region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
