HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Pittsburgh, PA)

Harborlight Forge Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Pittsburgh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 614 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
