Clearpath Linden Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
