HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Iron Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
