HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Pittsburgh, PA)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around Pittsburgh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
