HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Pittsburgh working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
