HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Summit Ridge Construction is a Phoenix contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
