HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Yarrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Phoenix with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
