HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Ashton Health is a healthcare provider in Phoenix with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
