HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Loom Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Phoenix. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
