HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Glen Health Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
