HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Ridge Medical Group is a Phoenix company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
