HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Vista Manufacturing Group is a Phoenix manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
