HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Stone Freight Group is a Phoenix logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
