HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Wren Energy is an energy provider in Phoenix focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
