HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Fernwood Bridge Freight Group is a Phoenix logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
