HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Hollow Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Phoenix working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
