HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Yarrow Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
