HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Corner Insurance is an insurance company in Phoenix with claims and service teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
