HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Maple Markets Group is a Phoenix retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
