HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Ashton Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
