HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Phoenix with personal care and coordination, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
