HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Forge Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
