HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Nova Cobalt Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
