HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Yarrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Phoenix. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
