HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Meadow Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Phoenix plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
