HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Philadelphia. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
