HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Philadelphia, PA)

Bluepeak North Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
