HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Partners is a transit-planning firm in Philadelphia working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
