HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Quill Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Orlando. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
